Hi, I’m Kevin, Customer Acquisition lead here at Innclusive. I want to take a moment to take you on a quick tour of Peru!
Ready? Let’s get moving.
After a day in Lima, Peru, we got to our bed and breakfast in Huarez, Peru. Clean and crisp air at 10,000 feet where we would acclimate before our trek.
This is awesome view looking east to the mountains, directly from my little bed and breakfast!
Coca leaf tea to help with altitude sickness.
We decided to take a mountain trek but stopped in a small village to munch down before hiking for the next 3 days. Peruvian food is amazing.
After a long day’s trek this was our site for our first night’s camp.
Up here, all of the troubles of back home seem to fade away.
Our wonderful cook Andres, always made sure we were having an amazing time and were well taken care of.
Coffee and Tea and hot water brought to your tent every morning. This the life!
Here’s me getting ready for our second day of hiking. It was definitely a little chilly out but I was super excited!
Don’t feel like hiking? Horses are there for ya! A couple shots of the scenery follows:
Taking a break at 15,400 feet.
On the last night, we joined a mountain camp with people who came from all over the world to experience this majestic and little known place in the world.
After 3 days of hiking, we decided to let the horses take us back.
We ended our trip with a short hop to Machu Picchu.
Peru is truly a wonderful country that every traveler should experience. Thanks for taking this journey with me, and look forward to helping you on your next Peruvian adventure.
